Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Incredible AI Chrome Extension, the Incredible AI MCP Server (mcp.incredibleai.pro), and the website at incredibleai.pro. By using any of these services, you agree to this policy.

1. Who We Are

Incredible AI is operated by Incredible Hospitality Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). We build AI-powered tools for hospitality business operators. You can reach us at support@incredibleai.pro.


2. What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to deliver and improve the service:

  • Email address — provided during onboarding or OAuth authorization, used to identify your account and personalize your MCP session.
  • Session data — a locally-stored API key that links your Claude account to your Incredible AI session. This key is stored in a file on your device and never transmitted beyond necessary authentication requests.
  • Tool call logs — a record of which AI agent tools were invoked during a session (e.g., "bookkeeper tool called"), used to improve agents and report outcomes. We do not log the content of your financial data.
  • Outcome reports — optional, user-initiated reports confirming whether an agent task succeeded. These contain a brief text description you submit.
  • Business profile data — if you use the save_profile tool, we store a summary of your business type and accounting setup to personalize future sessions.
  • Referral identifiers — a URL parameter (ref) used to associate your account with a referral source (e.g., an email campaign). This is not used for advertising.

3. What We Do Not Collect

  • We do not read, store, or transmit the content of your financial records, invoices, transactions, or accounting data.
  • We do not collect browsing history, cookies from third-party sites, or any data from web pages you visit unrelated to our service.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your session and connect your Claude account to the Incredible AI MCP server.
  • To restore your session context across conversations so your agent remembers your setup.
  • To personalize agent behavior based on your business profile (e.g., knowing you use QuickBooks).
  • To diagnose issues, improve agent performance, and respond to support requests.
  • To send transactional emails related to your account (e.g., your MCP URL or session key).

5. Chrome Extension Permissions

The Incredible AI Chrome Extension requests the following permissions:

  • activeTab / scripting — to interact with accounting web apps (e.g., QuickBooks, Wave) on your behalf when you explicitly invoke an agent task. We only act on tabs you are currently viewing and have directed the agent toward.
  • storage — to save your session key and preferences locally on your device.
  • host permissions for mcp.incredibleai.pro — to communicate with the Incredible AI MCP server for authentication and agent coordination.

We do not use extension permissions to collect data from any websites you visit outside of explicitly agent-directed interactions.


6. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third parties to deliver the service:

  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing occurs through Anthropic's Claude API. Conversations you have with Claude are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to the content of your Claude conversations.
  • Railway — our MCP server is hosted on Railway. Infrastructure data (logs, request metadata) is processed on their platform per their privacy policy.
  • Supabase — we use Supabase (PostgreSQL) to store account data. Data is stored in encrypted databases in the United States.
  • Stripe — billing and subscription management. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe and never stored by Incredible AI.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data (email, session key, business profile) for as long as your account is active. Tool call logs are retained for up to 12 months for diagnostic purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@incredibleai.pro.


8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Opt out of transactional emails (other than essential account communications).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@incredibleai.pro. We will respond within 30 days.


9. Security

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Session keys are randomly generated tokens with no personally identifiable content. We do not store passwords. Our infrastructure follows industry-standard security practices.


10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
